After completing my MBA at London Business School, I worked in Group Strategy for Standard Chartered Bank. I moved from there into consulting and worked as a strategy consultant for Gemini Consulting (1995-1999) and was a partner at The Monitor Group until 2005. I qualified as an executive coach at the Tavistock Institute in 2005.
I have worked with professional services clients for fifteen years. If I can sum up what I do, it is to support senior executives to take decisions and make progress by helping them identify the real issues they face and what they need to know and do in order to resolve them. I only work with clients I genuinely care about at some level, and where we can all have fun while we work. Life is short, work is hard and you may as well have fun while you do it.
My recent clients include the global head of strategy for the private banking division of a global financial services firm, the global head of marketing of one of the world’s largest banks, the CEO of one of the UK’s top private banks, and the Chairman of the largest offshore legal and fiduciary firms in the business.
