Nun’s Fart

If you have a bit of left over pastry you can make a nun’s fart:

Roll out the extra pastry
Smear butter all over it
Sprinkle brown sugar, cinammon and a few raisins on top
Roll it up like a sausage and then fold the ends under
Put it seal side down on some grease proof paper on a baking tray and pop it in the oven with a pie but only for 20 minutes or so
Let it cool a bit and then cut it into slices and eat it.  Yum.
