Make one batch of pastry.
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup raising
1 egg, beaten
Big spoon full of butter (about the size of an egg), melted
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Beat the egg and the sugar together and stir in everything else. Line little individual tart moulds with pastry and fill almost half full (you can use a muffin tray but it’s easier to line something a little shallower than a muffin moulds with pastry). Bake at 210 degrees celcius for 15 minutes. Try not to eat at all at once and definately don’t eat when hot. Yum.
