Yummy, delicions sour dough bread with Jordan’s muesli (the luxury kind with fruit and nuts is best, but any Jordan’s will do…)

1.  Refresh your sour dough according to your usual recipe  (if you don’t have a sour dough starter, or sour dough recipes you can join the sour dough share save scheme)

2.  At the same time, put 2 big handsful of Jordan’s muesli in a bowl and cover it with water to soak for 12 hours

3.  Follow your usual sour dough recipe for 1 loaf but before you add the water, pour in the soaked Jordan’s crunchy and then add just enough water to make a sticky dough (you will need less water than usual, is the point, because of the juicy, delicious cereal)

4.  Shape, rise and bake this dough according to your usual sour dough recipe

This is an amazing bread for it’s taste and it’s juicy delicious texture.  Needs no butter but then again why eat bread without butter?
